About Carol

Originally from the UK, Carol has lived in New Zealand since 2006.   She completed her AMI training with Carla Foster in 2015.  In addition to Montessori, she is absolutely (obsessively) passionate about the importance of Handwork in education and strives to inspire and facilitate others within the Montessori community to include more Handwork in their educational practice.  Carol is the author of The Work of Wool – A Montessori Handwork Album, and she shares stories, lessons, and ideas on her blog: MontessoriHandwork.com.
